What was the best part about using Nextiva VoIP?

We recently moved to Nextiva from Vonage. We signed up for Vonage because we thought it was the best choice for our business. It was good, but not great. After our platform went down, we decided to call and see if Nextiva could be a better solution. The process to transfer was easy. As a company, we feel more comfortable with Nextiva since customer support is friendlier, and it's not forced. For the first time, I have seen a business that is interested in helping you, and not trying to just get off the phone.

What would you change about your experience with Nextiva VoIP?

We had a small confusion between sales and on-boarding that was solved within an hour. Besides this hiccup, we haven't had any problems with it.
