Nexonia Expense Reports

We changed our expense reporting system in order to have better reporting, and an easier integration with intacct and with our corporate credit card program. Nexonia has solved problems we had in the past and has addressed all issues we've had in a timely and professional manner (to be fair, most of our issues that arise now are user-error driven.)

The only problem is that nobody likes doing expense reports. If Nexonia could spit out M&M's for each line item completed, users would still resist. We field a lot of complaints from users that are "first world problems" that are unrealistic to solve. For example: Nexonia can't use your GPS location to attribute your expense to a specific client as you are entering it on the mobile app and Corporate MasterCard transactions are not available at the exact moment you swipe your credit card.

The integration features (we used to use American Express, but now Mastercard, and Intacct) are more robust than any other platform I've seen. It took us less than an hour to set up the integration with all required fields, and changes are simple. The powerful reporting Nexonia offers, and its integration with both Intacct and our corporate credit card program, and the mobile app for users have made these problems much easier to deal with on a monthly basis.
