The best part about working for Nexeo HR was the flexibility with scheduling appointments and such.

The worst part about working for Nexeo HR was how people were treated. The temps were treated horribly, the clients were always disappointed with how unorganized the company was with their benefits and payroll. The staff was over-worked and constantly unsure of their standing and value. This company was crumbling when they decided to reach out for help with expansion. This brought in a very "corporate" atmosphere and the new CEO and CFO let people go that they simply didn't know enough about or didn't like. There were so many lies and intimidation tactics carried out by the new management until either people quit or people were pushed out. This company is going nowhere - fast. With the way they treat others, they will be a brand new company of corporate robots in no time, rather than a family friendly, close-knit company that they once were. New management has completely ripped this company apart and ruined their reputation with many others.

Was a great company, but quickly turned into a cold and dark place to work. Staff is so over-worked and asked to do the impossible day after day only to be picked apart for not doing more. Everyone was constantly complaining, looking for other jobs or waiting to be fired. Everyone there is unhappy and out of the loop with what is going on with new management. CFO is a complete liar and leads employees on thinking they're working toward something, only to rip it away from them as a strategic way to show his authority. He has problems with women and makes a lot of very inappropriate comments and judgements about others constantly. Extremely unprofessional and misogynistic.
