This was a digital marketing company focusing on search engine optimization and pay per click advertising management services I had contacted for our campaign and was interested to learn how they stack up against other highly rated firms. They have a well designed website which was very easy to navigate with a lot of useful presales materials and resources available so that was a good start. They had a great set of case studies on their website for each of their services all in good detail regarding their process while offering performance metrics to help qualify their client success which was great. They had several quality testimonials provided by clients available on their website as well. Their blog was terrific. Very active with lots of valuable content. When I see a blog by one of the world's highest rated companies which had been abandoned I wonder whether that's lack of attention to detail, or whether their approach to content marketing was effective, or not, and if the company practices what they teach, but that wasn't the case with here and I appreciate that. The company goes into good detail regarding their current understanding of their markets as well which was good to see. For example, they have content relating to Google penalty recovery, ecommerce SEO, local SEO and more which I actually loved to see. Most of their competition are highly rated but do not offer any specialized knowledge beyond the basic search engine optimization process in general.

I don't see that this company guarantees their work anywhere on the site. And I do understand that a guarantee can be difficult to offer for SEO, but perhaps free after six months if not ranked on page one would be appropriate and this would definitely help differentiate their company further from their competition. More certifications by Google for Adwords and Analytics, Yahoo ads, Microsoft Bing ads, Facebook and others would help facilitate greater trust in prospects perhaps.

Overall, this company did a decent job of preselling their services prior to making contact with them. I felt confident before approaching them that they were trustworthy and competent based on the case studies, content, and testimonials on the website. I appreciated that they have a listing in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints over the last three years. And I received a prompt response from Joe and appreciated it. Though we went in another direction I thought to share that I believe this is a legitimate, trustworthy company which can help to meet your marketing goals.
