It has some drawbacks that can be improved, it doesn’t come for specific industries so nothing has particular specification for industries in CRM and sometimes the product update creates some issues. To work on this CRM, need proper training to understand and navigation part needs to be improved as well. The supply chain portion of the CRM is also not strong.

It is a popular CRM for small businesses to big size businesses. It has lots of features that attract the businesses but its doesn't comes for specific industries.One can go with this CRM as its already known globally. But your business requirement and budget defines your choice to select the CRM. Now days variety of choice are available and one can be the NetSuite among them.
