NetSuite is quite flexible when it comes to customization. They have training offers on the company's website.You can try the platform with the demo version. The ability to navigate data and related files, create searches and reports, all in one system is great.

Bit pricey and not affordable for everyone. You may face issues with contract management. Some reports that the implementation of Netsuite into a business can be costly. The company is bit aggressive when it comes to renewal, they always charge you more. The costs can rise up to 2500USD per user per year once all add-ons are added. Some reports also that once you need to end contract with them their supports are not responding properly. There are restrictions built in the software , it seems that you need high level privilege to edit a saves search. Some functionalities are a little obscure to understand on set-up. It is a bit complicated for an average user.

NetSuite is made to meet the financial management needs of a wider variety of small and mid-sized businesses. It is a bit expensive so you can look for other alternatives out there. Netsuite is not as broad and flexible as software offered by other industry leaders. I would suggest to small and mid-size businesses to look for other CRM makers.
