LIKE This was a top rated company which was recommended to me recently so I had contacted them to learn how they can help with our link building and search engine optimization for our ecommerce based start up. As I have several top rated companies which have been recommended to me for this service I was interested to learn how they differentiated themselves from their competition. In doing so, I believed the presales process was quite significant in the due diligence phase when determining overall value, guaranteed work, process and methodology, successful case studies and other factors. They had several solid testimonials on their site from clients who've had a positive experience with the company which is good to see. I like that they had done some proprietary research by the looks of it in order to determine Google ranking factors. And they are interesting to say the least. I had recently learned of a company which did a survey of over three hundred and fifty factors in search engine algorithms and most are similar with the exception of the top couple, I believe. Though it was tough to say more without knowing the sample size and many other factors involved. But I found this information very helpful though nonetheless.

This company was listed in the Better Business Bureau which I appreciated but they had a fairly damning review which was not resolved in any way according to the client who claims to have lost over nine thousand dollars and saw zero results. I'm not sure what to make of this as it's a single complaint in three years reported, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt nonetheless. I didn't note any other red flags during my research.

I liked a lot about this company in terms of their presales value offered to prospects including their testimonials. Their methodology and process seemed sound but didn't go into as much detail in regards to their specialized understanding within various types search engine optimization as possible. For example, other SEO and link building companies had offered ecommerce SEO, B2B SEO, industrial SEO and link building along with information regarding conversion rate optimization and Google Penalty Recovery. Which was in addition to the basic knowledge such as this company offered. Which helped me to determine what their core competency is and it doesn't appear to be SEO and link building to be honest. As their are no case studies with successful client results which can be verified and the complaint in the BBB is pretty harsh and SEO related. I acknowledge they do have a great SEO Woorank score of eighty two which was among the highest during my research. The lowest being thirty nine and the highest being eighty eight with an average of about seventy five. Though unfortunately I don't believe to have received a response from this company to follow up my online form submission. I did mistakenly delete three voicemails around this time which I apologize if this was one of them. However there was no email follow up at all which would certainly help increase their conversions in my opinion. Despite the single brutal review, if you can get ahold of this company and they are willing to open a dialog about that complaint there is a lot of credibility otherwise that they will fulfill the services you've ordered to help your business.
