What I liked the most about this software is its ability of producing robust and comprehensive reports that can be exported and shared easily with counterparts. Its customizable dashboard is equally mind-blowing as it comes with an option to alter and customize the widgets, making it very easy to navigate for the user. Its other options like tracking the past conversation, extracting images, charts, graphs and cells in excel are also very handy.

Although its dashboard is one of the salient features of this software, a new user may find it a bit tricky to customize. Sometimes, the software feels sluggish and takes more than expected time to load. Another feature that feels somewhat irritating is that its media monitoring function differs for every social media site. Price is another downside of this software.

All in all, one can say that the software is extremely useful. The best thing that gives it an upper hand over its competitors is its ability of supporting multiple languages! It supports around a whopping 42 languages. The analytical part of it works exceedingly well as it provides great insights of customer’s behavior, impact of marketing strategy, purchase intents and other vital points. However, lately, I discovered that sometimes, Netbase fail to pick up the precise information and gives a slightly vague report.
