What was the best part about using NetBase?

NetBase is one of the best tools for social media monitoring available in the market. NetBase is a highly customized platform. It is not easy to install NetBase so you may need assistance at the beginning to get it running properly. The user interface of NetBase is very good and it is nice. NetBase is capable of putting sentiments on categories that you choose;

What would you change about your experience with NetBase?

NetBase can be personalized and customized enough to meet any type of business or personal need. With NetBase social management software you can export reports to different formats. NetBase is running perfectly without noticeable bugs or troubles. NetBase is able to deliver insightful dashboard filled with metrics and sentiment trends.

Overall Feedback

NetBase provide good help and guides and the support service is excellent since the team is responsive; They usually get customers personalised assistance and answers. NetBase can export data to Excel and it allows to export Charts, Graphs, and images. I would highly recommend to business or organizations seeking for a great social management tool to use NetBase for its features and value.
