Net Visibility Group

This was a digital marketing company I had contacted to learn more about their services in detail. The first thing I checked during my research was to learn if they were in the Better Business Bureau and they were not accredited but they were listed and had no complaints in the last three years which was all I needed to know. They had solid testimonials as well which was good to see.

To be fair I took these notes a few weeks ago. This company claimed to be Google Partner certified but when I searched google.com/partners for netvisbilitygroup.com and net visibility group there were no search results returned so without jumping to conclusions I gave the company the benefit of the doubt to learn why there is this discrepancy. Perhaps there was a reason so I thought to ask about it in person though didn't end up learning about this. Three of their case studies for pay per click state coming soon as well which makes a prospect wonder what is exactly going on behind the scenes. I realized it was possible that the PPC certified person may have moved on and they are in the middle of replacing them, or another reason perhaps. There were formatting errors on their case studies page at the time of my research, and when you clicked to unfold each case study some of them overlapped other content and it looks like it is not supposed to do so. Which was not a major issue but coming from a company which offers web design, unfortunately, it's not the greatest first impression of attention to detail. And when I had clicked the main call to action in their header it led to a page with a shortcode error and no submit form. So I reached out with their free website analysis form but was hoping to pass along our details initially.

They had case studies available with performance metrics which was good to see though it would be more significant with verifiable keywords and rankings which a prospect could check for themselves. And while I respected they've stated that many of their clients requested not disclosing results, while if that's true and they have as many as 419 case studies available judging by the PPC case study which has this number #419 on it, it would seem there could perhaps be at least one willing to share their verifiable search engine optimization results, but that's only my opinion. To their credit, there were several positive reviews elsewhere online which was good to see. I received a response from Chris, however, we had narrowed down our choices prior. I appreciated the response but compared to their competition they lacked verifiable credibility in terms of case studies and there was incongruence regarding their certification although you should receive a prompt response and perhaps they have updated these issues by the time you are reading this review and are the best fit for your business.
