Apart from the fact that it helps to promote revenue growth, it offers drag and drop means of building email lists which is very intuitive. Helping us to create APIs that automate list management is a great advantage this tool can perform. Depending on their browsing activity on net, individuals can be added to lists automatically. The tool can be customized. We use a very complicated CRM that was built within. We agreed they would have it done within a month and they got it done a week early! We worked with Net-Results to add our CRM to the program itself. This feature requires some improvement though from Net-Results end. The customer support team was something else; they were extremely helpful and responsive. They were also very open to feedback to improve the tool.

Labeling accounts from the daily website report was a bit difficult and could be made more efficient in order to improve the process. Branching and list selection is highly complicated but forms could be improved upon to include dependent fields while campaign building could be made easier. There are a few missing ways in the API to change other information other than contacts. The new email builder seems a bit hard to understand and I'm not sure whether it could be understood automatically by everyone. Nevertheless, enough support to conquer these issues has been provided to us.

Our major concern is to solve the problem of manually sending emails and manually nurturing prospects with marketing automation tools. These tools usually save teams a lot of time by automating the nurturing process. While Net-Results does save time compared to accomplishing this manually, but it creates a few hitches and seem not to be more user-friendly as compared to the many robust competitors out there. But I believe this could be improved upon.
