Net-Results make my work easy and simple. It has great CRM software which is user friendly to operate. We can able to capture data without any change from existing forms. This tool have lead scoring capabilities which is too powerful. The Goto Webinar integration is an exceptional feature of this tool. The integration work with Salesforce makes my work much easy .The email campaign automation and site tracking are also their feature. The team of the Net-Results is too helpful and supportive. The email notification and reports is also sent by them.

When I was creating email campaigns I faced the problem while managing the list. I think there should be different subscription groups so that same preference didn’t show up again and again. When the list is over 50K, it is difficult to handle it without system time out. I wish there would be some easy accessory to have better email campaigns without any HTML. Social media and digital media tracking should also be there in tool. There is lack of integration to Zoho. Even there is no mobile application to use these Net-Results. Some features of this tool demands high level of knowledge which is not easy to use and handle.

Net-Results help our sale and marketing team to reach out the clients immediately. It gives various types of benefit to my business like CRO, CRM, marketing automation, overall organization and site tracking. It is a platform which is quick and has powerful campaign too. The customer care support is too great and solved my problems so fast. I am really impressed with the analytic feedback. Now I can see the visual form of data. There segmentation options are also helpful for my business.
