Net-Results helps organizations to establish a marketing automation environment and understand what their prospects are in the sales pipeline in real time. This software is used to manage lists, sending emails, and also automate the email campaigns thereby tracking the results. I especially liked the WYSIWYG email editor, creation of the landing pages, managing potential clients from lead generation by lead scoring, grading, automated sales alerts.

The biggest disadvantage of using Net-Results is the integration is only compatible Salesforce and SugarCRM and is a huge disappointment with other CRM platforms. Few of my collegues were also of the opinion that the email alerts only follow a standardized format and it would be great to have a drag and drop email builder for building alert emails which can be analyzed by the internal teams. The system is not robust and is prone to frequent crashes which require uploading again consuming significant amount of time. I also found that the navigation among the modules quite complex.

Our organization has integrated Net-Results with our company website and campaign pages thus enabling to target and track our marketing campaigns very effectively. The performance results are analyzed lto determine how better we serve our clients in future campaigns. The ability for our organization's teams to have these value add features of this product at almost real time is considered by the stakeholders as a great boost for our business and improve the brand image of the organization in the market.
