What was the best part about using Namely?
NAMELY is multifunctional software it can be used in the finance office and human resources management. What is the function of the said software? Well, it incorporates an employee database, benefits delivery, full-service payroll, contingency and talent management system. How about the features of the software? As I have experienced with the software, the features and the CRM is easy to understand and work with. Overall, the NAMELY software is scalable and adaptable. This is impeccably suited for Mid-Sized and Enterprises Business.
What would you change about your experience with Namely?
At first, when we are using this software I have found this is so hard to understand, after several tries exploring the entire features of the software. Amazing, it has a user-friendly interface and everything works fine. For the beginner, 100% sure you can encounter the uncertainties of the software such as the bugs, errors and hanging of the tools. The NAMELY group is responsive and sharp-witted. In general, the software is quite demandable; the software does not have any trial version. That sound so terribly to some users to purchase the product without testing if it is works fine. But, based on my experience the software is great. I think that is will be the problem of the software, the developer should create a trial version of the software.
Overall Feedback
This is well-founded cloud based software that can be access in all devices like LAPTOPS, TABLETS, and Mobile Phone; this is also applicable for IOS, Android, Windows and Linux these are the advantages of the software to the other Payroll and HR software. I don’t see that the software cost very expensive, because even the small business can have this software. I’d like to recommend this software to the mid-sized companies and some larger companies who are distress with their manual processing.
