The best part of MYSTC was dealing with their supportive and caring staff. We had heard nightmares from other companies who had used other stories. Implementing software was such an intimidating process and they made the transition so easy for us.

There was a brief period when we were first getting started with MYSTC that was challenging. We basically had to change the flow of our business. That being said this was actually a very healthy change. In the moment it was even frustrating at times but it eventually made a huge difference by making our business so much more efficient.

It totally streamlined our office. Made our whole business more efficient. Payroll processing used to be a nightmare and now it is a breeze. The integration with our QuickBooks was seamless. Working with the sales and support people was very positive. I couldn't more strongly recommend this software to other trucking companies.
