The first time our team used CakeHR, we were glad how its service satisfied us. It is very simple to use and learning about it is never a burden. A good centralized system, ease of adding time off for any reasons. It has a lot of great feature such as it able us to add categories to documents, able us to create teams (support team, dev team and others), nice UI with nice modals, able us to put profile pictures of my team members, and a lot more interesting things about it. Also, a basic tool to manage our employee PTO request. There are many difficult systems out there, but this one is the most basic and perfect for small agency like ours. It allows the team members to login and submit request holidays, see their remaining vacation days, and the ability to know who might be out at that time.

So far our team found this software very helpful for us. But I think it would be better if it has an application for mobile devices. It would be so much easier for us to approve or decline a request on the spot while on the go. But anyways, it still serves us best!

All in all, this tool is a great help for our HR needs. So easy to utilized by our admins and employees. Been working with CakeHR for years, and indeed it is a good helping hand. We encountered some issues too, but their responsive support team gives us real quick solutions. My team would like to congratulate them for a job well done!
