CheckMark as a business that has been around for more than 31 years, we have seen it all. We recently had a customer who purchased our full-featured MultiLedger™ Accounting Software. We found out that the business owner had always done his accounting on spreadsheets. To make a long story short, he sent us copies of his spreadsheets telling us that he did not know how to put the information into MultiLedger and requested our help to get him started. We were able to determine from his spreadsheets, what needed to be done in the program and we walked him through setting up his beginning balances and showed him which journals to use to record the entries he had been making on his spreadsheets. About a month after getting him started in MultiLedger, he let us know how much time it was saving him not to have to manually create his financial statements from all of his spreadsheets, MultiLedger did that all for him…
