This was one of the companies which was referred by a top digital marketing company review site online that I was interested to learn more about to see whether they were a good fit for our search engine optimization campaign. They listed several marquee clients on their site many of which with very recognizable brands which was good to see. I read in their Mlog section that they have done some philanthropic work in their community which is one way this company differentiates themselves from most of their competition, however if they had done more of this work recently I believe they should continue to post it because it adds value to their company from a prospects point of view in my opinion. All other items relatively equal between companies this is one factor that would likely sway my decision in their favor. I appreciated their process laid out on their Service page.

I did not find this company to be in the Better Business Bureau which is the most significant way to create trust in prospects doing their initial research externally of their website in my opinion. Their SEO Woorank was forty nine when I checked which was among the lowest I had encountered during my research which was one of the lowest with the average of about seventy five during this research into several dozen search engine optimization companies which was not a great first impression of a company leading by example, but not a deal breaker so long as there are results, of course. They have links which state View More on several pages which does not link to anything at all and the Our Process page was strangely cryptic and made no sense to me. I believe this may have been demo data left over from their Wordpress theme purchase which doesn't affect a clients results of course, but it doesn't give the greatest first impression of their attention to detail in my opinion. Along with the latin text representing their Step By Step process on their Services page. Their entire portfolio seemed like demo theme data as well with generic images and latin text for all examples. I realize this is a legitimate company but this seemed quite amateur in my opinion. Their Contact page stated Demo in the URL and their contact data was generic and not real.

Despite their lack of attention to detail in regards to their own branding, portfolio and sales copy I gave them the benefit of the doubt based on the relatively positive reviews I was able to find for them elsewhere online. Not to my surprise there was no response from them at all. I made sure to check all of my voice mails and my email account thoroughly though found nothing from them. So while I appreciate a lot of the positive things they have going on including their marquee clients and philanthropic work compared to their competition who offer much greater transparency and credibility up front, along with a complete, professional website and a response to my inquiry I cannot recommend this company currently. Though perhaps we were just not a good fit for them and while I would have appreciated the professional courtesy of a response there is always hope that you may and find out they are the best fit to help grow your business.
