This was an integrated marketing company which came highly rated and recommended so I thought I would put their service to the test to learn if they were the best fit for our custom project. My interest during my research based on several valid criteria is to know what makes this company from any other web design company, if anything. From their pricing, guarantee, process and methodology, overall branding, copy, design and other criteria from which I can compare them. If these companies are all awesome why? How are they better than each other from a presales perspective? And who among our final selections wants our business the most? The first the I've been checking is to learn whether they are listed in the Better Business Bureau because I believe this level of transparency is the most significant presales differentiating factor if all other criteria off of their website. They have been listed and complaint free since the turn of the century. Literally January 1, 2000 which is great. Those that do tend to not present their process as a lifecycle based anything. And leave it to you to select a pre-packaged plan that you think suits you best. Or you can have a tailored custom campaign created for your which is essentially the same thing in many ways. But by explicitly stating it to be a lifecycle approach this company helps to differentiate this company from others in my opinion. As this term comes with great significance to me having completed intensive research into lifecycle based business software and services versus more partial approaches recently.

There is very little from a presales perspective to dislike about this company. However, I do not believe I received a follow up to my request for more information through their submit form online. Unless this one of the three voicemails I mistakenly removed from my new smartphone while learning how to use Android around this time, and if so I apologize, though when searching for any email from them nothing was to be found.

They have several other distinguishing awards and certifications including Adwords, Yahoo among others which was great to see. I especially appreciate their lifecycle based approach to projects. This integral, agile process and methodology are for the best in my opinion. I like that they state they don't build websites; they build businesses. And don't leave you once the website is finished having to research and find another reliable marketing service provider. Overall, I have no doubt this is a legitimate company and the miscommunication could have been my own mistake though an email response would have been helpful in any case. We decided to go another direction however I would recommend doing your best to be in touch with them I believe they can help your company.
