What was the best part about using MINDBODY?

Mindbody's interface is a little overwhelming at first, but once you have set it all up, it's very powerful. They also have a mobile app, which is a plus. Its main focus is on studios and gyms, so every need is addressed.

What would you change about your experience with MINDBODY?

You have to spend hours for the initial set up, and is not user-friendly. For non-techies, this will not be very easy to use. The company focuses more on sales over development, which just makes it all worse. You also get more bugs over time.

Overall Feedback

Overall, this product is powerful at first, but as time goes by, you just get charged more by a product getting worse over time. If the company gets to fix their bugs and focus on improvement, Mindbody will be great again.
