The best feature of this software is, it can help you to cut your operating costs, increase your revenue, and gain new potential customers in a reasonable period of time. As a gym business owner, it helped me to manage my business despite the fact that I am also a partner in another business venture. I’ve worked with this software for a year already and I am satisfied with its services. I can do online scheduling, integrated marketing tools, e-commerce and mobile apps solutions, and especially its staff and customer management feature. All my business needs are met and I can have an easy access to it online which is one of my favorite features of this software.

MindBody still needs to improve its customer service support and within a year of using this software, there are times which I also experienced the crashing of its server. With its premium services offered, MindBody still needs to upgrade its packages. Since it is a US-based software, other countries outside the US cannot have an access to this program. There are still some features missing such as, it cannot change options on invoices which sometimes, can make an incorrect invoice.

MindBody is an excellent online software which is a little tricky and has a more advanced feature. MindBody is user-friendly specifically to those who have a computer software background. It provides good visuals for your reporting needs. I definitely love the all around mobile feature meaning, you can work from any computer and mobile device anytime and anywhere. It has an SMS feature which is fast and accurate. Overall, I like the services it provides for my business and I can save a lot of time which I can allot to my other business venture.
