Besides that, Milano Medi allows to see and manage client history and the notes which has proven to be very useful for several times. Besides that, we have found several times the email customer support to be well-responsive and always helpful, whatever the issue might be.

I’ve found as main concern the gift certificate module to be rather difficult to navigate – it could definitely see some improvements. For the feature set, I’d like it to have client retention and conversion reports too, while it would be nice Milano Medi to be HIPAA compliant. However, these are not lacks that would affect the experience in any ways.
