Microstrategy has plenty of features and administrative tools which makes of it a powerf business intelligence software. It is one of the web based business reporting system. Microstrategy is easy to setup and to start using. Microstrategy is capable of doing business analysis. Microstrategy features advanced tools to be used by developers. Microstrategy has a web-based interface as well as a mobile native app.

Microstrategy is still in the stage of supporting HTML5 instead of Flash. Flash based platform is not the best and it is quite slow. Microstrategy lacks in documentation. The developer team from Microstrategy has to work further in adopting a dashboard fully running using HTML5. Those are all what I did not like about Microstrategy so far.

Microstrategy delivers a complete SDK for developers which permits to customize a BI solution. The customer service is excellent and the team is very responsive and knowledgeable. Microstrategy is priced reasonably comparing to competition. Microstrategy has strong competitors like GoodData and Logi Analytics. I would love to see new updates from Microstrategy soon.
