Microsoft Outlook

Outlook allows us to manage our meetings and presentation. It doesn't stop with managing our schedules it also us to invite others and reminders others prior to the meetings. We usually have meetings with our clients mostly at late nights or early mornings so its essentials for us to schedule the meetings otherwise it will be creating a bad reputation with our clients. We use the outlook especially to schedule the meetings and its integration with its brand ms office make our business smooth.

The one thing troubles with outlook are its outbox. Whenever I send and receive a bunch of emails I can see few emails are in the outbox which makes me go crazy. I have tried with several other versions of outlook but I do feel it's been designed intentionally. I have no answer for why are they doing it? When compared to other email software outlook does a great job but it does have flaws like this which I can't understand it.

The best thing to consider Microsoft outlook is the integration of email and calendar which allows one to schedule his time while managing his email. For any business being organized is essential otherwise the business will face a drop in its customers, reputation with the creditors, and finally, lose its position and will be dragged out of the business. So planning is essential for spending time with family or clients since my business solely depends on emails it's easier for me to schedule timing with outlook calendar.
