Microsoft Office

This is the standard office suite used by most businesses. It's packed with features, and the user interface is so intuitive that my eight year old daughter was able to figure out how to create word documents and spreadsheets by herself. Microsoft has steadily been improving this product for years and while there aren't many "wow" features in the newer versions, they keep refining the applications to work better and better.

Office is a bit unpredictable. Also, by nature, the huge number of features can become a challenge at times. The programs are so massive that it's hard to get any use out of the help feature- actually, google is a better help feature than the native version. I think Microsoft charges too much for the same old product, especially now that there are so many free options available.

I would definitely recommend this product. If was only a few years ago Apple were complaining that Microsoft had the monopoly on Word, Excel and they wanted access to people could use Office on their systems! So that says a lot about the product in an Apple-addicted world right now!!
