Microsoft Dynamics CRM

The best part of using Dynamics CRM is not using Dynamics CRM. I seriously have not one good thing to say about this product. (I can even say nice things about ex.)

The worst part about using Dynamics CRM is using Dynamics CRM. Specifically; data entry, email tracking, reading notes, finding records, searching the database, pretty much everything you'd want to do in database.

This product has made my work-life hell. I've been using various databases for the past 20 years and I've never used anything as terrible as Dynamics. I'm in Software Sales and I have an IT background. Nothing in 2017 should be this difficult to use OR as buggy. You would think given this is a Microsoft product that it would actually work well with Outlook! The fact is, in the last two years, its never worked well with Outlook. My Outlook crashes constantly with the CRM COM add-in and its to the point that I've had to disable it just to get work done. I've spent entirely too much time in the last two years fighting with Dynamics and constant crashing that I've had to do something else. I've created folders for my prospects where I save notes in Notepad and I rely on Outlook to find contact information in my emails. I've become so inefficient as a career software sales person, its noticeably hurting my bottom line. It's truly sad. Save yourself. Save your company. Don't get this product.
