Microsoft Dynamics, being from Microsoft surely is one of the best there is. it has everything that a sales and marketing tool has to offer. usability, flexibility, affordability, and what not. it has both online and offline version which allows us to control user limitations and data protection. it is equipped with completely editable workflow that allows you to manage your sales pipeline and marketing plans effectively.

Microsoft product is always user friendly but Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I guess, it is easy to understand it's just that there is no complete training or guides handy for the users. one of the useful but complex capability is reporting. I find it complicated still and the format makes it quite challenging to interpret at times.

Microsoft Dynamics is one of the best sales automation tool available in all platform. The tool is flexible and ready for integration with your current tools you're already comfortable with. I recommend this tool for Large sales and marketing projects. there may be updates or functionalities missing but with the large pool of developers calibrated to develop this tool, getting things customized on this CRM won't be that much of a challenge.
