It is reliable as much as other MS solutions. Interface reminds me on MS Outlook so I have feeling I‘ve already worked in, but at first it seems to be overwhelming. It provides solutions in so many branches. I can now create dashboards, reports etc. Processes are automated simply or more complex style – depend on needs at the moment. I can access on my cell phone. It’s made for coming generations. In addition, it saves your time and act like your personal assistant.

I was a bit unpleasantly surprised when I can’t integrate it with other CRM products. Microsoft Dynamics CRM can give you a pretty much hardship to implement complex solutions, reporting, dashboards, etc. I should also carry out my co-workers but some of them also needed help. I’m not satisfied with settings because some works only in Internet Explorer which is not popular as Opera or Mozilla. I used more complicate filters and bumped into a lot of difficulties. Microsoft Dynamics CRM can be a little bit faster.

Before you decide to implement it, you should do some research whether you need this solution for financial services, health care, education etc. It is very robust and you need to find out all the opportunities it provides before you start using it. On top of all, it improves all the time, so you have to be up to date. Support is one of your option, but it is not anything new that there are a lot of tutorials so go ahead and organize your business. Even though, in my opinion it is created for a bigger companies.
