It's a worthy software to spend on its learning curve and implementing to our system.

If you're a frequent user of Microsoft you'll be pleased to use its Dynamic CRM but if not then you have to undergo constant learning about the platform since it gets updated frequently. It's good to see such an constant improvement in a software but its a pain to since each time we need to spend time on training our team to use the platform.

At the initial stage, it will be a problem to use the software but it's a worthy in the long term of using it.
