M-help Desk is great field management software. It is adaptable and very customizable. The user interface is friendly. The administration services for my company have never been this good and smooth. I use it mostly for data entry and other management issues. It has improved the way I manage my business and I think it’s high quality and efficient for my business.

I have not faced any major issues so far. The customer care support team has been of much help to me every time I need assistance. They respond within the shortest time possible. They don’t keep you waiting. The features are easy to navigate; they don’t give me any problems. Its a professional software that i enjoy working with.
