You can download reports with a variety of metrics to import into your tracking system. It analyzes trends based on millions of new tweets daily. You can utilize a single account with several Twitter profiles as well which is good. The Feedly and Buffer integration are helpful as well in that you can search for content from this dashboard.

I only wish there were several social media sites available in your account to utilize their technology to help you engage in targeted conversations, trends and monitoring.
