Merlin

Merlin makes project management combined with reporting a total breeze. It has superior project management features that combine with reporting to provide a 360 degree view of any given project. The interface is visually appealing and easy to use which is helpful for training and ease of use across users with varied skill levels.

Merlin is not compatible with Windows which is inconvenient since most offices use Windows Operating Systems. However, you can pay extra for the Merlin server extension which exports the data to an HTML format which allows you to use across operating system platforms, but that requires an extra step that shouldn't be necessary.

This software is best suited to smaller or maximum, medium sized organizations. The price point is very reasonable, especially compared to other similar products. It is limiting to only have it compatible with Mac, but the HTML export certainly helps. The customer service team is supportive and helpful which also helps.
