Mention

Mention has always make me discover content on the web and social media platforms which other tools missed. Especially enjoy the supportive and helpful staff that always gets back to us quickly. The Buffer integration is a huge advantage for anyone who wants to use Mention for social community management, but as well for PR purposes.

Nothing in particular. In the past I had a few bugs but the support team and tech got back to me quickly with a solution. The team really cares whenever I report a bug, especially through their NPS which I always get a personal response to within hours. I wish I could monitor my Twitter lists for keywords instead of the entire Twitter website. But I was told by the product team that they will consider adding this as a feature.

I like best Mention's statistics dashboard, their new influencer dashboard is helping me a lot in connecting with the right people in the Photography industry.Their monitoring is spot on and never misses an important publication that I don't have time to look for myself. The best way to have an all in one tool to identify the digital presence. I like the simplicity of the product and the UX
