The dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. Another feature I really like is that all my clients can be seen from one dashboard. You can mark how relevant the alert is to your company, view stats on the type of mentions received, react to the mention and much more. This is by far the best alert program I have ever used in my 13 years of digital marketing experience. I highly recommend this program to any agency or independent contractor looking to mange alerts. Best of all, I can set my clients up on it as a user and allow them to manage their alerts internally.

Not much! I would love more integration with difference products, like Moz or even some form of marketing automation software. I'm being nit picky though, there really isn't anything I dislike about Mention. I would love to have even more flexibility in notifications too . Other than that , I haven't found anything that I dislike about the program.

From all monitoring tools that I've tried out Mention offers the best value. If you subscribe to Mention, keep in mind that it does not collect historical data, however, if you are interest in real-time monitoring Mention will be your best choice. If you are looking for a product that will help you monitor your brand or key conversations and do not have a huge budget for new software, I would absolutely suggest getting Mention!
