Pricing is on the higher side making it beyond the reach of small enterprises. If it can be integrated with other social media dashboards then nothing like it. In that case, users can have everything at one place. sometimes you get alerts for websites that have been filtered out. It is expensive compared to the value it gives.

It gives the user an easy-to read chart foe each alert. It also has the flexibility in allowing how many notifications one would like to have. It gives a warm , personal touch to each of its buyers, but, its FAQs section needs a bit of working on. It is not very helpful.
