Meltwater is a user-friendly, with a lot of features, Media Intelligence software. The best part about using Meltwater is that it is simple to search and analyze media coverage. Furthermore, the social analysis capabilities are excellent. Also, you can export with a very simple way your coverage reports into Microsoft excel format.

In my opinion, the worst part about using Meltwater is that often has some crash issues. Also, when you search something it can take a long time. Another disadvantage is that the reporting features are not working as efficient as they claim. Lastly, the previous user interface was much better and functional than the recently updated one.

All in all, Meltwater is an excellent choice for small and medium sized companies that actually requests to monitor with a simple way their media and to have many analytics reports. Despite the high pricing plans, that may be not so attractive, your business can gain a lot of benefits using this particular software.
