They do an adequate job of providing list of articles based on search terms, but the interface isn't as intuitive as some competing solutions

Meltwater deliberately buries a 60 day auto-renewal provision in their terms of use (which is normally used for general information about logins etc. and not a place where contract terms are included). They never tell you about this during the initial sale. Their sales person emailed several times asking if they could send over renewal paperwork, creating the impression that we had to proactively renew. As soon as we passed the 60 day mark, they went into lockdown mode, insisting that the auto-renewal was ironclad even though we notified them well over a month before our term expired that we didn't want to renew. I have had multiple discussions with them about this and they are adamant about forcing us to continue another year. I assume they are bleeding customers and this is their way of trying to minimize the attrition, but trust me you do not want to get into a business relationship with this company. Once they have their claws into you they hold on like grim death whether you're happy with their product or not.

Okay software, horrible company to do business with. Avoid at all costs. There are better solutions available from companies that use standard contract practices versus hiding auto-renewal in a non-standard place then using that to leverage more money from unwilling customers.
