This was analytics reporting software I had tried recently and am considering using moving forward for my business. The pricing is per connection you make and is relatively affordable. There are templates available for a number of purposes which is great including for search engine optimization, paid search, website and blog performance, Facebook fanpage summary, with monthly comparisons, goal conversions and other as well. The user interface is super simple and intuitive to learn and use. The reports are very visual with maps, tables and charts available which can be customized including legend and headings. Filters allow you to present only the relevant data you need to such as currencies, segments and rolling averages. The reports can have embedded images or you can upload data via CSV. Reports can be viewed on any mobile device including smartphones, tablets and desktops as well. You can download reports in PDF format which can be printed if necessary. Your account can be branded to suit your business with your own logo and cover page. You can also add comments to offer insight into your data.

The pricing does not suit a lot of small business owners and could be more flexible speaking from experience as someone self taught who had built up over sixty clients for web design and other online services. I believe there should be a pay as you go option with the ability to print single reports for about three dollars each. When you are still growing an agency some clients are recurring but most will not be. Perhaps it's an understanding of positioning as a business, however in order to gain experience it's easy to take any new project that comes along so you can include this in your portfolio or in your tool belt so to speak. And some want reports on demand and are not worried about having them at a certain frequency. Sometimes it would just be nice to give a report to a client even though they haven't asked. If all sixty client payments were recurring ongoing this would not be an issue and it would be great way to save versus doing it manually. But at this stage as a digital marketing agency there will almost certainly be some sort of revenue loss through their current plan because the full value of their monthly plans may not be utilized ongoing.

Based on the amount of time you can save once you have multiple recurring clients in need of reports it will certainly create a savings and justify the cost. And the reports themselves are great and integrate insightful data from several relevant sources to any business online. They are visual and customizable while they can be personalized as well and this touch goes a long ways. I love this software as a service and will be sure to use it in the future if I have as many recurring clients as I'd like to have, or they begin to include a pay per report option.
