MDS is a fine tool as it is specially tailored to fit the needs of NY real estate market. What I’ve found the biggest use of is the seamless conversion, together with extreme accuracy as the data is re-checked multiple times before publishing so you can be sure there are no bugs later. Even greater, the system is highly customizable, yet not overly complex, therefore making the maintenance very easy.

As far as the system’s features go, I can’t say I have had any bad experiences as their profound accuracy makes sure there will be no errors. If there’s anything to point out, it would be the price – I don’t find it very budget friendly. However, don’t be discouraged as it is a personal subject regarding our start-up stage, therefore it might not be an issue for other users.
