Basically, the first time I used this software, it was horrid. Whoever came up with the idea for having a confidence scale for submitting answers hates education, its especially worse when you factor in that it can affect your overall grade. You also have to be very specific or it will just mark it as incorrect, EVEN IF IT'S THE SAME AS IN THE TEXTBOOK! Also, its not cheat proof as you can look up all the answers online and just fill in the blank. After that I though I would never use this software again and it couldn't get any worse. but no, It got worse. Basically, I have another course, this time on personal finance. This is where I think that Satan himself helped program this software. This is because the textbook either goes into way too much detail on one subject or way little on others (some that are important). For example, on the FIRST CHAPTER, it explains how to calculate future value with a financial calculator and how to do it by hand. But when I did the bottom of the barrel know as the activity based assignment (ABA) which is more of a text based adventure designed by Dante himself, one of the characters says "let me pull out my handy dandy fraction table." I did not even know what to do and failed that assignment. Do you want to know where I found it though? On a video, ON THE MAIN TEST! It did not explain anywhere in the chapter in the book or in the ABA on how to use it, nor did the help button explain it on the ABA. So, next chapter I decided to do the test first before doing the ABA. Well long story short, I failed that as well. Why? Because I didn't factor in utilities into the rent in the ABA, EVEN THOUGH ON THE TEST THEY WHERE SEPARATE! It also didn't help that I had to calculate all of this in the ABA in percentages! Now before you say "couldn't you go back and fix the answers." and I say to that is not on the ABA. Its just answer and pray. I have almost a few times considered smashing my entire fist through my monitor thanks to this joke of an educational software. I would have a better time getting financial advice from a meth-head who thinks he's Jesus Christ himself then this software. If you value your education and sanity, RUN! Do not use this software! Use anything other than this software. If your educator, USE SOMETHING ELSE! If your one of the developers for this software, do us all a favor.
