Nothing. I've had more problems with this program than anything else I've used. It is extremely confusing and well overpriced. it is extremely hard for me to use and not to mention, it is very buggy and I've encountered issues where I complete a problem to its fullest, and it says it is incomplete. Two of my professors use this program, and I've never struggled in a class this much, and its because my professors rely on this dreaded program. I've used Cengage, and I have passed all my classes with flying colors with that program. It is SIMPLE and EASY to use. UNLIKE McGraw, which is CONFUSING and DIFFICULT to use. Take notes, developers. You should look at your 1.58/5 Star reviews and realize what you are doing isn't WORKING. $180 for a semester is ridiculous. Way overpriced. ALSO, make it so the HOMEWORKS are in a MORE OBVIOUS spot. I almost failed a class due to the textbook taking me to the recharge thing and saying it was homework, so for 8 weeks, I thought it was the homework until I got an email from my professor, and its like jumping through hoops to use this program.

Everything. Everything needs to be redone. it is so confusing. i hate this program more than anything. its stupidly overpriced, and the developers need to completely revamp it. SIMPLIFY IT FOR US WHO ARENT TECH SAVY

I hate this program more than anything. You developers should be ashamed of yourselves for making such a confusing program. The only people that could understand this program is, well, ABSOLUTELY NO HUMAN BEING that actually has a BRAIN.
