Streamline assignment page. Put them in order and have them available on only one page. Recharge of an assignment should be instantaneous not take a few days. Also there needs to be an easier way to simply read the book without it being tied to an assignment. If there is a way, I've yet to see it. Also, the app is TERRIBLE it doesn't sync with the website and it's hard to view textbook images.

Connect is a total headache. When I'm actually in an assignment it really helps me learn the information, but the poor user experience of the website is such that I've actually missed complete assignments. They appear out of order and totally differently on different pages. The fact that the issue is hard for me to articulate says something. It's a mess. My classmates have had similar experiences. We are often confused by the site. Also I just went to recharge an assignment and it said it would take a few days. That's totally ridiculous. I want to do it this weekend. Also, the iphone app doesn't appear to sync well.
