The actual software. However customer service and fine print is HORRID. I purchased an book and access that was suppose to cover THREE SOECIFIC COURSES acc 401, 402 and 403.had a break and now its expired so they say and won’t let me have access for the 403 class unless I REPURCHASE. Outrageous!!!! What kind of rip off company tried to make people double pay for products?!?! And there customer service is horrendous they ignore you and never get a manager they say they will have you called back and don’t they say I’ll get an email and I don’t. They are terrible. Would never ever recommend. I wish professors didn’t require them!! They are LUCKY that’s the only way someone will use them.

Give me access to the third class I ALREADY PAID FOR .

Horrible. Sucks. Rude. Unhelpful. Greedy. I will never use them again what a RIPOFF. Would never use again.
