MaxxVault has made that critical relational move from vendor to partner for us. MaxxVault is the absolute perfect solution for our non-standard setup of part-time staff on a mix of hardware (some we control, some we don't) and internet connections, spread across multiple sites in the county. The thin client version of MV is web-based and requires no software to install - everything works in the browser.

I’m struggling to come up with any. Put simply, we couldn’t do what we’re doing without MaxxVault.

We utilize MaxxVault and MaxxCloud for servicing our Energy Assistance Program. We process about 30,000 applications per year with 75 seasonal staff members. Our entire MV system runs on several servers hosted at Amazon with no data stored at our 25 sites. Installation and setup with the MV team was a breeze and the product features have been outstanding for us. There really wasn’t another product on the market that would work for our volume and service model. When we’ve needed to make changes to workflows or processes, MV is quick to help plan adjustments to the software. Support is extremely responsive when we have a need. We have a mix of staff providing services, some are our staff and some are contract, some are using hardware provided by me and some are not. This made finding a software solution that wouldn’t require any software to be installed difficult. MV has a light version, or thin client, which is entirely web based that satisfies the requirements perfectly. As for security, we are hosted on a private network at Amazon with remote access limited to computers within my organization and MV support. The documents themselves are encrypted at the directory level so you need a username/password for MV to view the contents. MV also provides a good amount of auditing data on each document that passes through the system.
