Maxwell is, hands down, the most amazing place I've worked - and this wasn't an entry level job, I've worked some places. I have to think critically ever day, and I never have to worry about being bored.

The hours are long - being great is expected, and to be great and stay on top of disrupting an incredibly archaic industry, you have to put in some time. Culture is very "cliquey". Low compensation with the promise of high bonuses that are not guaranteed. Basically zero growth opportunities.

Implementation is streamlined and turnaround time is excellent compared to other systems. The employee experience with Maxwell is the best I have seen in the market. HR departments appreciate the simplicity of the system and its ease of use in managing their employee open enrollments. Employee's love the mobile app and the ability to have comprehensive benefits information at their fingertips.
