What was the best part about using Maxpanda CMMS?

Being in Australia and realizing most cmms are out of North America, we needed to be ensured that speed and downtime would not be minimized. We tried out a free trial and we're blown away by the quality and security features of Maxpanda CMMS. We approve over 5000 work orders from our tenants each month and simply can't afford downtime. Maxpanda is on Amazon Web clouds and we couldn't be happier with performance.

What would you change about your experience with Maxpanda CMMS?

We requested some usability features to be added such as further email notifications between our staff and tenants. It took them 40 days but the wait was worth it. Great job, great software.

We have been using Maxpanda property maintenance software for a few years now and we have had a positive experience. The property maintenance software is excellent and the interface is user friendly. Maxpanda property maintenance software is a very easy system to implement into any organization. It is user friendly and has a very good customer service. We have used it for 2 years now and we haven't had many issues and even if we did, the customer service is always ready to help resolve any problem. Great property maintenance software! We are happy with the service of Maxpanda maintenance work order software. The software has met our needs as we grow. The maintenance work order software is adaptable and great for scheduling among other things. Excellent customer support.
