What was the best part about using Maximizer CRM?

Maximizer CRM is a lifecycle focused software tool which helps your organize your contacts, leads and deals as well as your marketing campaigns and your customer service so I like it's comprehensiveness. When I first logged into my account it seemed to load the modular components and pages quite quickly though I've seen faster. The features are very robust and there is a lot of functionality and controls. I can see developing a decent workflow over time using this system but I'm relatively new to it and find myself in the learning stages even though I don't think it would take you more than a few days of consistent use to become quite comfortable with it. I like that you can share customer details across all of the modules from in one dashboard making it more efficient and productive for the customer support, marketing and sales teams to be in sync. You can configure a lot of aspects to meet your specific requirements so that's great but will take some time do work that out. You can gain valuable insight with your dashboards and the analytic reporting in your account. It's pretty quick to get going once you sign up to their service I got my login email within a couple minutes of doing so. The ability to access your customer relationship management tool on any device like your computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone is covered and I find that cross-device accessibility necessary for any CRM tool. There is a lot of value inside your account and a good ROI possible by using if you're actively using the features with consistency. I like that it integrates with Outlook, Office and Exchange. As well as some common accounting software integrations available. There is a decent set of materials and resources to learn from which is good. Including customer support, a knowledge base, video tutorials and a user guide. There is a desktop version available as well which I can appreciate. It's old school but having the option extends their market to companies who need this privacy and security even though it tends to come with a much greater upfront and maintenance costs.

What would you change about your experience with Maximizer CRM?

The overall look and feel is really old school and clunky. I don't feel overwhelmed by all of the information in your dashboard and account in general but it's quite busy. I don't find the user interface particularly user friendly there are a lot of clicks required to take care of tasks. While there doesn't seem to be an actual sales pipeline with stages available to move your prospects along. While it's one of the least visual CRM's I've tried with everything in text fields. The pricing is quite high in my opinion relative to my research in the industry. It's definitely substantially higher than most including a couple of other lifecycle focused CRM's I've tried.

Overall Feedback

I don't feel this customer relationship management tool has been upgraded to reach it's full potential. I look at companies like BaseCamp which had an altogether different software and pricing model but they've evolved both their design and the pricing model into something stylish, powerful, extensible and extremely valuable. I appreciate this effort to overhaul their software because it's in the best interests of your customers. If you try this software yourself perhaps you'll see what I mean. It works. It's useful. But in this competitive world with so many options available how do I choose it to use daily when there are options which are minimalist but not to the extreme. But not busy or overwhelming in any way. With the same functionality and a visual sales pipeline which I can use with drag and drop technology for less than half the price? It's definitely worth checking out the free trial to see you for yourself. Perhaps it's the best fit for your business. At least you can try it out first to know.
