The best part about Maximizer CRM is that it has the best navigation amongst all other CRMs. And it has the facility as Outlook has such as Calendar, Quotas and the best the unique feature which I like is the Knowledge base system, adding to this available links to our social networking website makes it wonderful.

I like Maximizer CRM tool so there is nothing much I could find which I can say I don’t like but still when it comes to the support there is room for you to work on this as there are limitation in your customer support and which becomes a problem sometimes when you need the support most and can not get through to anyone at that point in time.
