Though the outlook is attractive but the user interface isn't that user-friendly.Being a microsoft-based application,its little unfriendly with non microsoft based apps.Its a bit messy to perform multi-tasking.It doesn't have HTML support.At times the bugs are very irritating and require an expert for operating and handling.
