Maxhire is an effective cloud based recruitment software. With this Maxhire we can now quickly choose the best candidate as this software also indicates the capability and expertise of the applicant. Provides the right information and the ability to do the whole hiring process. With its features that are extremely great. And also I really like that Maxhire is accessible to mobile devices with this I can track my job posting and the status of the applicants anywhere. With Maxhire we improve and makes our job more efficient, easy, less error and saves our valuable time.

In my opinion, Maxhire is not that advisable on big sizes of businesses. There are some error using this software. And for the customer service of Maxhire I can only give them 3 because of some unsolved issues. But in the other hand this software is good it helps our recruitment process.

In my opinion,Maxhire needs some improvements to compete to the other recruitment software in the market. And the customer service is not that helpful and informative. However, the software is very helpful as what I mentioned earlier about best part using Maxhire. I can say that so far using this software it improves our process and makes our job easier. And also Maxhire is Low-cost software compare to other recruitment software.
